Even if you’re exhausted, it can be hard to sleep when traveling. At your destination, your bed may be uncomfortable and strange noises can keep you on edge. And sleeping in the car or on a plane or bus isn’t easy for many people.

Several Essential Oils help calm emotions and create a sense of peace. A few of the oils with the most restful properties include Lavender, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, and Vetiver.
