STEP 17 - SOOTHING BLEND

Traveling involves all kinds of new adventures! Sometimes it’s surfing, snorkeling, or zip-lining in a tropical paradise. Other times it’s a tour in which you split time between sitting on a bus for hours and walking for miles on a guided tour of a beautiful European city.

Whether you consider your travel adventures wild or tame, “new” often brings on aches and discomforts. Make sure you have your SOOTHING BLEND packed and ready for muscles and joints that have done a bit too much walking, hiking, lifting, sitting, or swimming.

This blend is full of oils with soothing properties, like Wintergreen, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, and more. These soothing effects can often be felt immediately.
